Academic Research

IIT Delhi believes that cost should not be a barrier to pursuing one’s dream of studying at IIT Delhi. Students from all socio-economic backgrounds should be able to pursue their education at IIT Delhi. Since support from the Government is limited, IITD seeks donations and grants from its Alumni, Corporates and Philanthropists in this endeavour.

Scholarships for meritorious students at IITD not only provide academic encouragement to students but are also important for the financial support they provide. IITD also aims to foster excellence by recognizing and awarding its outstanding students.

Laboratories

Laboratories are the temples of any university, and at IITD, too, they occupy a pride of place. They are equipped with state-of-the-art analytical and high-end instruments. They are manned by qualified personnel and provide scientific and technical training to graduate and undergraduate students.
